There were already numerous intensive discussions on site and a more than high level of interest, which also resulted in numerous contacts after the trade fair. The team Markus Bonnetsmüller, Stefan Stecher and Hans Trautmann were highly satisfied on site.

ALGEMA-FIT-ZEL / Approval by Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge based on the T 6.1
On the basis of a comprehensive safety inspection, Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge has now certified that the conversion concept of the T6.1 van to the FIT-ZEL Speeder 2 fully complies with all conversion guidelines and is therefore technically safe.
According to sales manager Markus Bonnetsmüller, the safety was confirmed not only for the version with single cab, but also for the FIT-ZEL Speeder 2 with a double cab. These certificates play an important role for us not only for safety reasons, but are also confirmation of the high quality of our vehicle concepts and their structural implementation.
With a gross vehicle weight rating of 4.7 t, the Speeder 2 based on the T6.1 has a convincing payload of up to 2.5 tons. Further advantages are the driving characteristics corresponding to those of a passenger car, as well as safety and economy in operation. A standard automatic air suspension of the two 1,600 kg rear axles and the integrated disc brakes contribute to this. Thanks to the ramp angle of only approx. 8°, a fast loading process is also made possible. With an extremely low unladen weight starting at 2.2 t, the Speeder 2 is one of the lightest car transporters in its class. As a 3.5-ton truck, it can be driven with a Class B driver's license (passenger car). Sunday driving bans, truck overtaking bans as well as toll charges do not play a role with this registration.
ALGEMA FIT-ZEL can call on a large number of renowned and loyal business partners. One of these long-standing customers is the Graz-based entrepreneur Franz Wuthe, whose vehicle fleet was recently expanded by another FIT-ZEL Speeder 2 on VW T6.1 basis and a FIT-ZEL Euro-Trans has been added to the fleet.
The 72-year-old Franz Wuthe is a phenomenon. Not without reason can the native of Graz be called an all-rounder, a multi-talent or even a jack-of-all-trades. Wuthe is president of the Association of Recovery and Towing Companies (VBA) Austria, a partner in a catering company, a board member of the Austrian Richard Wagner Society, president of the first recreational sports club in Graz, he is a hunter, a beekeeper and he says he has never worked because he has made work his hobby. In 1973, at just 25 years of age, the trained car mechanic had set up his own business with a service station including a workshop. Only five years later, the new opening hours already suggested a certain business acumen. 24/7, as the round-the-clock operation is called today, 365 days a year, has remained the trademark to this day. In 1990, the towing, recovery and breakdown service was added under the name ATSW 24h Service. Today, the company houses an automotive workshop and a fleet of 36 vehicles for towing and roadside assistance. In addition count meanwhile not only five vehicles made with ALGEMA FIT ZEL, but the largest, 34 tons heavy towing vehicle of Austria, which understands to free even buses and semitrailer trucks. Besides the Steirer operates a utilization stock exchange and is just like business guide Alexandra Trimmel, sworn and judicially certified expert and estimate master.
To the partner of automobile enterprises and autoclubs applies as highest maxim: promptly, professionally and inexpensive. Either the striking vehicle is repaired on the spot or it is towed away. On request, the affected party is offered not only spare parts for self-repair, but also a guest room if required.
Without question, Franz Wuthe values honest, fast and uncomplicated business. A quality that the then sales manager of ALGEMA FIT-ZEL, Hubert Gasperlmair, was also able to experience when he met him at the AutoZum in Salzburg in 2015. Shortly before, both had agreed to purchase a Fit-ZEL Speeder . Leasing or financing?, the Tuntenhausen sales manager had still asked and only received the terse answer: Cash is fesch. Without a contract, but trusting in his many years of good experience with ATSW, Hubert Gasperlmair set off for Graz, where he was promptly paid the agreed amount in cash.
Tuntenhausen - In 2018, EDER Fahrzeugbau was certified for the first time as a premium partner of Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge. Now the specialists for vehicles and Trailer for vehicle transport of the brands ALGEMA and FIT-ZEL can be pleased about this award again.
According to the words of sales manager Markus Bonnetsmüller man was certified for four further years and thus continuously as PremiumPartner. In the context of the certification it is stressed on the part of Volkswagen commercial vehicles that the Eder GmbH has excellent specialized authority as well as special experiences with superstructures and conversions on basis of Volkswagen commercial vehicles. Also in the next four years we will ensure by the participation in training courses to be always familiar with the newest state of the art, explain Markus Bonnetsmüller. This certificate reflects the great commitment and high quality standards of all colleagues. And we are proud of that.
We drew attention to ourselves in a completely new market in Budapest, Hungary: for the first time, EDER Fahrzeugbau around our team of Peter Wimmer (responsible for sales Austria), Philipp Keiser (Export) and our dealer Formula/AVTO-Shop took part in the Historic Park exhibition. A lot of interested people came from Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia and Austria and were enthusiastic about our innovative products.
The professional transport solutions from ALGEMA FIT-ZEL in Kassel again attracted a lot of attention at this year's International Recovery and Towing Exhibition (IFBA).
Trade show novelty controlled air suspension at Blitzlader 2
With the fair novelty controlled air suspension at the ALGEMA Blitzlader 2 presented ALGEMA, on the past IFBA 2021 in Kassel, its professional car transporter. Due to the weight-saving lightweight construction, a payload of up to 3.3 t is available with a 6.3 t chassis. Thanks to the fully hydraulic articulation mechanism, the Blitzlader 2 ready for loading in eight seconds.
Lift axle light and economical on the road
The optional lift axle system provides additional driving comfort for empty runs. The high level of lightness and excellent suspension comfort are only one side of the coin. In addition, the traction of the rear axle is increased in vehicles with rear-wheel drive. No less important is the fact that the use of the lift axle results in less wear and reduced fuel consumption.
Premiere for more than 3.5 t payload on Iveco-Daily basis
With the Algema Festplateau 2 based on the Iveco Daily, ALGEMA presented for the first time a vehicle with a 7.0 t gross vehicle weight and 10.5 t gross combination weight. The vehicle was developed on a proven aluminum/steel compound construction, which not only allows a payload of approx. 3.5 t, but thanks to the loading length of 6,200 mm can also transport larger cars, SUVs and vans with longer wheelbases without any problems. With the optional double cab, the body reaches a loading length of 5,500 mm and offers space for seven people.
Three approvals for the Crafter-based ALGEMA Blitzlader 2 on Crafter basis the responsible persons of ALGEMA FIT-ZEL can be pleased at present. The basis for the positive confirmations from Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge are comprehensive tests for the various superstructures and conversions of the special vehicle transporter with the kink.
With the first harmlessness certificate it is confirmed that the conversion concept of the lightning loader 2 with single cab on Crafter basis in the front and transverse area completely keeps all defaults of the valid superstructure guideline of Volkswagen commercial vehicles and is thus technically harmless.
In a second test, the comprehensive conversion concept of the vehicle transporter with single cab in the rear and longitudinal areas was closely scrutinized. Here, too, the result was that the body guidelines of Volkswagen are fully complied with and the conversion is therefore technically unobjectionable.
According to sales manager Markus Bonnetsmüller, these results show that the Blitzlader 2 is not only a special vehicle, but that all relevant modifications are also made with the highest quality and safety in mind. These certificates stand as proof of our own quality standards, Bonnetsmüller emphasizes. This was confirmed by the third safety inspection conducted by VW specialists. The version with double cab also received the important clearance certificate.
For product training, we were visited by colleagues from our pan-European dealers, Emanuele and Christian from the Italian importer Berton and Johan from our Swedish partner Almaxx, who familiarized themselves more intensively with the variety, performance and power of our vehicles and Trailer in order to be even more successful in sales.
