The locking mechanism is released with a single step and the platform lowers quickly and gently, while the lift axle lowers at the same time. You can then drive the vehicle up slightly at a flat angle until the platform is horizontal again and locks automatically.

This increases driving comfort, protects the stability of the trailer combination and protects the overrun coupling.
