Practical operating functions make using the trailer child's play. With the self-tipping mechanism, the MAXINO sv is ready for loading in just a few seconds. A central locking mechanism, which can be operated from both sides with a simple hand movement, secures the aluminum ramps particularly conveniently.

The locking mechanism is released with a single step and the platform lowers quickly and gently. The lift axle lowers at the same time. Vehicles can then drive up easily at a flat angle until the platform is level again and locks automatically. With the MAXINO sv, all this is done quickly and easily.

AXIONIC - The oscillating axle for high ride comfort

According to Sales Manager Markus Bonnetsmüller, the AXIONIC oscillating axle performs several functions that ensure safe and comfortable handling, whether loaded or unloaded.

"When loaded, the weight is optimally distributed over both axles, resulting in the best possible driving characteristics. Dynamic balancing movements ensure consistent ground contact and prevent the trailer from bouncing, even on poor road surfaces. This gives the Trailer optimum driving stability."

"Even contact pressure on all four wheels prevents individual wheels from locking when braking and ensures particularly effective braking performance," emphasizes Markus Bonnetsmüller. The oscillating axle enables driving with a slightly higher coupling on the towing vehicle, so that there is no need for height compensation on the drawbar.

The swing axle compensates for dynamic forces on the coupling and ensures a constant drawbar load as far as possible. This increases driving comfort, protects the stability of the trailer combination and protects the overrun hitch.

Lift axle - convenient and economical

With the lift axle raised, the Trailer can be maneuvered easily in lift mode, practically like a single-axle trailer. When driving empty, the chassis reacts very smoothly and minimizes tire and brake wear. With just one axle, energy is also noticeably saved on the road.

The lift axle is easy to operate. When driving up, the automatic lowering system brings the front axle onto the road. The lift axle is raised manually using a simple hydraulic pump at the front.

Transporting large and heavy vehicles safely

The MAXINO sv also impresses with its outstanding payload ratio and can be used for a wide range of applications. With a loading dimension of approx. 5.5 m x 2.2 m and a payload of up to 2.8 tons, even heavy limousines, SUVs and commercial vehicles can be loaded and transported effortlessly. The total weight is 3.5 tons.

State-of-the-art transport securing

Vehicles can be conveniently secured on the new double webbed floor of the MAXINO sv with additional over-wheel three-point strapping. The MAXINO sv is supplied as standard with the certified lashing system, two wheel stops and the original ALGEMA FIT-ZEL harness straps.
