Visit from the USA

The vocational school teachers from the Georgia Northwestern Technical Collage gained an insight into dual training in Germany and into a production plant at our Algema and Fitzel vehicle manufacturing facility in Tuntenhausen. This was also preparation for a planned exchange between the students from the American vocational school and the vocational school in Bad Aibling. The teachers were given an impression of the training profession of metalworker on the practical side and at the same time the implementation in our company was made clear.

The planned exchange program will give the American and German students an overview of each other's apprenticeship occupations and programs. In addition, the focus for our prospective metalworkers is on improving their English skills, getting to know a different culture and the chance to get to know the industry.
