In 2023, after two used trailers, we decided to buy a new 35-22/60x trailer through an agent in Slovenia. The delivery of the trailer itself was fair and correct. When we put the Trailer into operation, we noticed that it was making strange noises and immediately informed the dealer about it. We visited the mechanics several times, who tried to find out what the problem was. As they were unsuccessful after several attempts, they decided to send the Trailer back to Germany for servicing. All this time, no one informed me about what happened to the Trailer until it was returned to the dealer. Then I found out that man wanted to charge me to repair the trailer, which is under warranty. It would have been fine if you had informed me what had happened to the trailer. I am all the more disappointed by this kind of action from a reputable company like you. The biggest disappointment came when we learned that I was prohibited from selling a new Trailer . Despite my best efforts to get someone to explain why and respond to my email, I have not received a reply to date.

I ordered spare parts for my Trailer over the phone, including brakes, tires, etc.. I was assured that the goods would be sent out immediately. However, the delivery was split into 3 packages. It took over a week before I received everything. When I was finally able to pick up my Trailer from the workshop, I discovered that the tires were from 2021. With a 100 km/ h registration, this means that I would have to change them again in 2 years, although I was offered a replacement after the complaint, as the tires were already fitted, this made no sense. So I was credited 100 Euro , at a price of 300 for the tires, I would have expected more concessions from such an excellent Trailer

The team at ALGEMA is super friendly and very competent. We had a problem with the electrics of our trailer and went to about 5 spare parts stores. Nobody could help us. When we arrived at ALGEMA and described our problem, the gentlemen went straight to work to find a solution for us. And lo and behold, 3 hours and several nerves later we had a solution and were able to fix our problem and drive home. I borrowed the X - Line Trailer from Algema Fit - Zel on April 3rd to take a car to the mechanic, so far the best towing trailer I have ever driven with. Lies like a board on the road. The car could be pulled up perfectly with the cable winch (attention, adjust the angle correctly, turn the cable in the right direction) and firmly anchored by 4 additional wheel belts and 2 red aluminum locking rails.the tipping function is very well thought out.I am and was very satisfied and will soon, if it should be, rent a trailer here again, because the quality is absolutely worth your price.absolute recommendation.
